Who we are
Synexy Consulting, Inc., Northern California. You can contact us through the form at /contact/.
What we collect
- The contact form fields: your name, email, company (if given), the topics you ticked and your message.
- Analytics data, only with your consent: the pages you visit and how you use them. That covers how far you scroll, which sections you view or open, which links and buttons you use (including links to other sites, such as Touch Deck) and the contact form’s steps (started, topics ticked, sent or not sent). We never record what you type into the form.
- Server logs (IP address, user agent, time and path), kept by the hosting stack for security.
Why we use it
- Replying to you: legitimate interest, or steps before a contract.
- Analytics: your consent.
- Security logs: legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
- Messages: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work.
- Analytics: the GA4 retention period, which we set to 14 months.
- Server logs (which include IP addresses) are rotated automatically by size and are normally overwritten within 30 days.
Who we share it with
- Microsoft 365, which hosts our email.
- Google, only if you accept analytics.

We never sell personal information, or share it for cross-context advertising.
